Working for a respected principal contractor, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. This is- not -a paperwork-heavy Site Manager role. We''re looking for someone with a- strong trades background -who is happy to take a practical, hands-on approach. You''ll be overseeing a small team of subcontractors while also assisting with the works whenever required to keep the project progressing. The Role The project consists of refurbishment, structural remediation and minor civils works on a school, including: Structural remediation Minor brickwork and blockwork Formwork Small civils works Exploratory and opening-up works General refurbishment works Duties & Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
