Synergy Personnel LTD is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for an exciting luxury residential development project near Salisbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the construction of 9 high-end residential properties, taking the project from start to finish with the support of a visiting Contracts Manager and back-office team.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Planning and coordinating works to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
- Ensuring quality control throughout all phases of construction
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and senior management
- Providing strong leadership and communication across the project
Requirements
- CSCS Black Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to take a project from inception through to completion
