Site Manager Housing Location: North Devon Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car/Car Allowance Job Type: Permanent We re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a new residential development in North Devon, delivering high-quality traditional build homes. This is a great opportunity to join an established housebuilder with a strong benefits package and a long-term pipeline of work. The Role Manage the day-to-day delivery of the development Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams Ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard Manage quality, programme and site health and safety Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth delivery Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise on site About You Previous experience as a Site Manager within housebuilding Strong knowledge of traditional build construction Experience managing residential developments from start to finish Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications Benefits Salary up to £75,000 + Car/Allowance Private medical cover 20% bonus (discretionary) 26 days'' holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service Up to 10% employer pension contribution And many more!
