The Company: We are working with a leading, privately owned housebuilder, who over recent years have experienced real growth and have become one of the North West s most successful housebuilders. They work in close partnership with Build to Rent Investors and range of affordable housing providers in the region, to deliver high quality, shared ownership, private rented homes and affordable housing schemes. They ve asked us to source a Site Manager to work on a mixed tenure development in Greater Manchester. The Role: The company in question have a number of forward sales in place and a strong pipeline of work for the rest of 2025 and beyond. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked as a Site Manager for a volume house builder, with experienced on DandB projects. They primarily work on Timber Frame developments so experience in this field is preferable. You will need to hold your CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS to be considered for this role.
