Site Manager Housing

Fraser Edwards are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading construction and refurbishment contractor delivering major social housing improvement projects across Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, overseeing large-scale external refurbishment and retrofit schemes on occupied high-rise residential buildings. The Role You''ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and client representatives, you''ll coordinate all site activities while maintaining programme deadlines, budget expectations and health and safety compliance. The projects include extensive refurbishment and upgrade works to high-rise residential blocks, involving: External cladding replacement Façade refurbishment Roofing improvements Fire safety remediation works Structural repairs Mechanical and electrical alterations Groundworks and external landscaping You''ll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards and ensuring residents experience minimal disruption throughout the programme.
