Site Manager - Chesterfield - 1 Month

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for a short-term project in Chesterfield on a new build housing project, starting on Monday the 27th of July.

Project Details:

• Location: Chesterfield
• Duration: 4 Weeks
• Scope of Works: New build housing project

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card.
• Proven experience-in managing-construction new build projects.
• Excellent health-and safety & site program knowledge.

Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day site activities.
• Managing subcontractors, labour and trades, ensuring works are delivered to program.
• Maintaining high standards to of H&S and site compliance.
