We are working with a well respected construction contractor based in South Yorkshire to recruit an experienced, commercially astute site manager to deliver a new site based in Rotherham commencing W/C 04/05

As Site Manager you will be responsible for the delivery this scheme comprising of high spec, timber frame homes from initial site set up through to delivery.

About you

• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
• Experience of delivering high spec homes
• Commercially aware and able to liaise effectively with Quantity Surveyors
• Management of Sub Contractors
• Planning and Scheduling
• Identification of extra works
• Client liaison
• Able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
