You will play a key role in the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the development, ensuring plots are progressed safely, efficiently and in line with the agreed programme, quality standards and company specifications. Previous experience delivering traditional-build housing is essential for this role. You will need a strong understanding of traditional construction methods and build sequencing, with proven experience managing multiple plots from foundations through to completion and handover. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and plant to ensure the development continues to progress in line with programme. You will monitor workmanship and construction quality, while maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site.
