Site Manager - Hospital Refurbishment - 30 weeks

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a -1.25 million phased hospital refurbishment project in the Oxford / Wiltshire border for a London based main contractor. The project is a live refurbishment of existing wards and medical rooms all on the ground floor with programme of works running for 30 weeks with the project starting at the beginning of October.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Ideally the candidate will have healthcare / hospital refurbishment experience.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. A DBS will be required for the role.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
