Site Manager - Hospital Refurbishment - 26 weeks

I am currently in need of a Site Manager for a 1.8 million Healthcare refurbishment project in West London to an existing hospital. The project consists of a full refurbishment of the existing AandE department. The project has just started and is due to run for circa 26 weeks. The Candidate - must be capable of operating standalone and report into a visiting contracts manager on progress. Duties wise you must be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence HandS on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black card and First Aid qualified. My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate by mid September.
