Site Manager (Holiday Cover)

We are looking for experienced Freelance Site Managers to provide holiday cover across various construction sites throughout London. This is an ad hoc role, ideal for self-employed Site Managers looking for flexible assignments with the opportunity for ongoing work. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations during planned holiday cover. Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain site standards. Coordinate subcontractors and oversee programme delivery. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and complete site documentation. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team. Report progress and any issues to the Contracts Manager. Requirements Proven Site Manager experience within the construction industry. SMSTS CSCS Managers Card First Aid at Work Strong knowledge of health and safety and site management. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
