The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site during the existing Site Manager''s absence, ensuring continuity of works and that the project continues to run safely, efficiently and in line with the agreed programme. The project includes a significant roofing element, so previous roofing experience would be highly advantageous . Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the site during the permanent Site Manager''s holiday absence. Manage and coordinate all day-to-day site activities. Ensure a smooth handover at the beginning and end of the holiday-cover period. Oversee subcontractors and trades, ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Coordinate roofing works and associated refurbishment activities. Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site.
