Site Manager (Holiday Cover)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on an active recladding project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. A key requirement is strong experience managing scaffold operations, including coordination of scaffold contractors, inspections, alterations, and compliance with safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing recladding, fa-ade, or remediation projects.
• Strong scaffold management experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid certification.
• Good understanding of health and safety, RAMS, and permit systems.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme during a live project.

Key Duties:

• Manage daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and programme requirements.
• Oversee scaffold works, inspections, and contractor coordination.
• Maintain site records and communicate progress/issues to the Project Manager.
