Site ManagerContract (around 40 weeks)Immediate Start Based in Felixstowe As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You ll coordinate teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities: Manage site activities and ensure smooth daily operations.Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally.
