Job Title: Site Manager High-End Residential Construction Overview: Experienced Site Manager required to lead delivery of luxury residential projects from groundworks to handover, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, labour, and subcontractors. Deliver high-end residential projects on time, on budget, and to exacting standards. Interpret drawings, specifications, and design intent with precision. Coordinate trades, procurement, logistics, and sequencing of works. Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (SMSTS, HandS plans). Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and programme monitoring. Liaise professionally with clients, architects, designers, and consultants. Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, detail, and finish quality. Manage snagging, commissioning, and final handover processes. Skills and Experience Proven experience managing high-end residential, bespoke, or prime refurbishment projects. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Commercial awareness ability to manage budgets and programmes. Proficient in MS Project (or equivalent) and standard site reporting tools. Commitment to delivering excellence and client satisfaction.
