Your new companySite Manager Social Housing Planned Maintenance (kitchens) Manchester £50k-£53k + Bonus + VehicleI''m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in Manchester.This role will focus primarily on kitchen replacement programmes, overseeing projects from initial site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.Your new role Managing kitchen rip-out and installation schemes within occupied social housing properties Overseeing direct labour, subcontractors and trades on site Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times Monitoring programme delivery, quality and customer satisfaction Liaising with residents, clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Managing projects from start to finishWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous Site Management experience within social housing planned maintenance Strong knowledge of kitchen refurbishment programmes Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred) Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skillsWhat you''ll get in return £50,000 - £53,000 basic salary Bonus scheme Company vehicle (car or van) Based in Manchester Full-time permanent positionWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or ..... full job details .....
