Your new company:You''ll be joining a well-established new-build housing developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes across the region. With multiple plots approaching key stages of the programme, they require an experienced Site Manager to maintain standards, drive progress and ensure smooth delivery on a busy residential scheme.Your new role:You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site management on a live housing development, overseeing trades, programme, quality and compliance. Key duties include:Managing all on-site operations from groundwork through to final handoversLeading subcontractors, sequencing works and maintaining build momentumEnsuring all plots meet strict quality benchmarks and NHBC standardsUpholding HandS compliance, site presentation and documentationLiaising with clients, inspectors and stakeholders to maintain smooth communicationDriving delivery across multiple units in a fast-paced residential environmentWhat you''ll need to succeed:Extensive experience as a Site Manager on new-build housing developmentsStrong track record delivering multi-plot schemes to programme and quality targetsExcellent leadership of trades and subcontractorsSolid understanding of NHBC standards, inspections and complianceSMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and all relevant site management certificationsAbility to maintain high standards under pressure and manage multiple plots simultaneouslyWhat you''ll get in return:Competitive freelance day ..... full job details .....
