Your new role As Site Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Working across projects in Rugby, Stafford and Sandwell, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme targets and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Managing construction projects from inception through to completion Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site teams Monitoring progress against project programmes Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders Identifying and resolving site issues effectively Producing site reports and communicating progress to the wider project team What ..... full job details .....
