This role suits someone confident managing refurbishment and structural alteration works, coordinating multiple trades, and maintaining tight control over programme, quality, and safety on a live site.Key Responsibilities: Lead day to day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, ensuring smooth sequencing of works.Oversee all aspects of the building conversion, including demolition, structural alterations, MandE installation, internal fit out, and external works.Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, carrying out site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections.Monitor workmanship and quality standards, resolving issues promptly and escalating where required.Track progress against programme, identify delays or risks early, and implement corrective actions.Manage site logistics, ..... full job details .....
