Your new roleSite Manager required to oversee planned works programmes, including kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical rewires, and associated refurbishment works within occupied residential properties. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams and subcontractors while maintaining excellent relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders.Key Duties: Managing planned maintenance and refurbishment projects within occupied social housing properties. Overseeing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, full and partial rewires, and associated internal refurbishment works. Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries.
