Your new company One of the UK''s leading contractors operating across a number of sectors including Infrastructure and BuildYour new role Working on projects around Cambridgeshire they are now looking for a Site Manager to join their team. As Site Manager you will be required to coordinate and manage the activities of all site personnel, you''ll ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy. Leading and motivating a team, you''ll supervise all direct labour as necessary, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme. Key Duties:Ensure that all work is kept on programme and that all details as specified in the drawings and instructions are adhered toEnsure health and safety requirements are adhered to at all timesIdentify and obtain relevant information in order to plan and execute the workProvide a reliable, first point of contact serviceImplement and monitor all systems and procedures and ensure effective operationMonitor, maintain and update all health and safety requirements and proceduresImplement and adhere to appropriate environmental controlsEstablish and maintain site set up and welfare facilitiesProvide feedback on objectives and training and development needs, as requestedUnderstand customer''s objectives and ensure good communication to the ..... full job details .....
