Lead Site ManagerLoacation: Slough, BerkshireSarlary: 50,000 to 55,000 + Car Allowance Hays Construction is working with an established regional contractor to recruit a Lead Site Manager for a 2 million accommodation refurbishment on the outskirts of Slough. This is a site-based position with full responsibility for the delivery of the project. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the site, manage the subcontractor team, maintain progress against the programme and ensure the required standards of safety, quality and workmanship are achieved. You will also act as the main point of contact for the client, providing clear progress updates and dealing with any operational issues that arise throughout the project.
