Site Manager London - Commercial Fit-OutRate: 400- 500 per day DOEPayment: CIS or Ltd CompanyLocation: Islington, LondonStart: September 2026 Duration: Until Summer 2027 A specialist fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a complex 12m commercial fit-out project in Islington, London. The project involves the refurbishment and conversion of an existing commercial building, including CAT A works, CAT B fit-out and extensive mechanical and electrical installations.The contractor is looking for a strong Site Manager with experience delivering fast-paced commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects in Central London. The Role The Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the works, working closely with the Project Manager, design team, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.The successful candidate will need a strong understanding of the London construction market, including permits, delivery restrictions, access requirements and complex site logistics. You must be comfortable managing multiple trades and driving progress on a technically challenging, fast-paced programme.Applicants should either live locally or be able to commute reliably to Islington each day.
