      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: 30.00-30.00 Annual | Type: Temporary | Site Manager Job In Leeds: 8-10 weeks work, Warehouse Refurbishment Project - Immediate Start  The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a refurbishment project in Leeds on behalf of a well-established repairs and maintenance contractor.This is a short-term contract (8-10 weeks) with the strong possibility of further work for the right candidate.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a strip-out and refurbishment project, taking the building back to brick and overseeing the early-stage rebuild works.Key duties include:Managing day-to-day site operationsSupervising subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to programmeEnsuring health and safety compliance on siteCoordinating strip-out activities and structural preparationLiaising with the client and internal teamsMaintaining site records and reporting progressRequirementsProven experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment or strip-out projectsStrong understanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to manage trades effectively and keep projects on scheduleValid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)Excellent communication and organisational skillsWhat''s On OfferCompe...</description>
