Site Manager Job In Leeds: 8-10 weeks work, Warehouse Refurbishment Project - Immediate Start The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a refurbishment project in Leeds on behalf of a well-established repairs and maintenance contractor.This is a short-term contract (8-10 weeks) with the strong possibility of further work for the right candidate.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a strip-out and refurbishment project, taking the building back to brick and overseeing the early-stage rebuild works.Key duties include:Managing day-to-day site operationsSupervising subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to programmeEnsuring health and safety compliance on siteCoordinating strip-out activities and structural preparationLiaising with the client and internal teamsMaintaining site records and reporting progressRequirementsProven experience working as a Site Manager on refurbishment or strip-out projectsStrong understanding of health and safety regulationsAbility to manage trades effectively and keep projects on scheduleValid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)Excellent communication and organisational skillsWhat''s On OfferCompetitive hourly rateWeekly payOpportunity to work with a reputable contractorPotential for ongoing work following successful completion ..... full job details .....
