Site Manager - ReadingSite Manager - BerkshireSalary: £45,000 - £57,000 + Car AllowanceLocation: ReadingSectors: Education Commercial Leisure HealthcareProject Type: New Build and Refurbishment (Typically £2m-£15m)About the RoleWe are working with a well-established regional contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a range of projects across Berkshire and the surrounding areas.This role will suit someone confident operating as a Number 2 on site, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating both internal and external packages, maintaining programme, quality, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation, consistent pipeline of work, and a collaborative site environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Delivery and CoordinationSupport the Project Manager in the day-to-day running of site operationsOversee both internal fit-out and external works packagesCoordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in line with programmeMonitor site progress and report on key milestones and any delaysHealth, Safety and QualityEnsure all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company standardsMaintain high levels of site quality, ensuring snagging and finishes meet expectationsCarry out regular site inspections and toolbox talksLogistics and PlanningAssist with ..... full job details .....
