Site Manager

My client is an award winning regional contractor specialising in new build commercial and industrial projects around the North East. Due to continued expansion and very busy order books they are looking to recruit No.1 Site Managers to join the business on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have forged you career with a national or regional contractor and will be an experienced No.1 capable of running your own projects from start to finish to -5m. Due to the nature of the work this would not be a suitable role for managers with a predominantly housing background. You must be flexible on travel. You must have SMSTS and First Aid.
