Site Manager required in Wandsworth GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established business who are looking for a Site Manager to oversee a 12-month Residential contract in Wandsworth. Project: 12-month programme overseeing the construction of 12 new build houses using SIP Construction method which are similar to Modular but they are high performance, prefabricated building panels. Tey use a specialist sub-contractor who supply and fit the modules but as the Site Manager you will oversee the safe installation and making sure the project runs smoothly on time and within budget. Location: Wandsworth Rate: 280pd - 300pd experience dependant Requirements for the Site Manager: Must have experience working on logistically challenging Residential Developments Be very much client facing and be able to build a strong rapport Experience working for a Well-established main contractor Experience working as the no.1 Manager Highly driven and have a good eye for detail and quality SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid Asbestos Awareness Temporary works Trade background is preferential but not essential If you are interested in the Site Manager opportunity above, then please get in touch. ..... full job details .....
