Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager Required in East Ham

GVR Solutions is-working with a long standing client-who are seeking an experienced Site Manager join them on a healthcare project, and then to move onto other projects with the company afterwards.

As a main contractor they work mainly on public sector projects, focusing on healthcare fit-out and refurbishment projects.

The Site Manager must have/be:

• Proven experience delivering healthcare projects
• Strong background working for a main contractor
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
• Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
