Site Manager

GVR Solutions are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-end retail joinery fit-out project in Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established interior fit-out contractor renowned for delivering premium commercial fit out projects across London and surrounding areas. As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the exceptional quality standards expected on a high-specification retail fit-out. Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager: Manage all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour to maintain programme. Oversee the installation of high-end bespoke joinery and interior finishes. Ensure works are completed to the highest quality standards with a keen eye for detail. Carry out daily site briefings, toolbox talks and inductions. Monitor and enforce Health and Safety in accordance with company procedures and current legislation. Manage site logistics, deliveries and material storage within a live project environment. Conduct quality inspections and snagging throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with clients, designers, project managers and senior management, providing regular progress updates.
