Location: London | Salary: £40000 - £65000/annum | Type: Permanent | Site Manager Required in London GVR Solutions are representing a well-established main contractor who are-seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team and oversee projects across London. As a main contractor they specialise in restoration projects in residential,-commercial, education, hospitality and more sectors across London and the South-East, that range from -50k to -5m. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinating labour, materials, and project schedules. Monitoring quality standards and project progress. Liaising with clients and project stakeholders. Maintaining accurate site records and reports. Good attention to detail. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager Experience in restoration-is advantageous- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
