Site Manager Required in London

GVR Solutions are representing a well-established main contractor who are-seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team and oversee projects across London.

As a main contractor they specialise in restoration projects in residential,-commercial, education, hospitality and more sectors across London and the South-East, that range from -50k to -5m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating labour, materials, and project schedules.
• Monitoring quality standards and project progress.
• Liaising with clients and project stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate site records and reports.
• Good attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager
• Experience in restoration-is advantageous-
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
