They are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager who can demonstrate energy and enthusiasm and who will contribute towards the continued expansion of their successful restoration business. Responsibilities of the Site Manager: Carry out such duties as instructed by your line manager Coordination of direct and sub-contractor labour Ensuring overall quality control on site(s) Ensure projects meet programme requirements Undertake administration and scheduling duties required All other duties which may be required for the smooth running of project(s) under your supervision Use your skills and knowledge to perform your duties to the best of your ability Health & Safety Conduct Site Inductions and Toolbox Talks and maintain records Updating Construction Phase Plan after initial issue to surveyor Maintain Health & Safety file...
