Site Manager

GVR Solutions are working with-a well-established specialist drylining contractor delivering high-quality partitioning, suspended ceilings and SFS packages across the South West and surrounding regions. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they-are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their-operations team.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

• Managing daily site activities and labour resources
• Coordinating drylining, ceiling, SFS, plastering, and associated trades
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme requirements
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
• Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet specification standards
• Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Producing site reports and progress updates
• Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently

Requirements of the Site Manager:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within drylining, interiors, fit-out or specialist subcontracting
• Strong knowledge of drylining systems, partitions, ceilings-and interior finishes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme targets
• SMSTS qualification (essential)
• CSCS Card (essential)
• First Aid at Work qualification (preferred)
• Full UK Driving Licence
