Site Manager Required in Central London

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious high-end residential refurbishment scheme in Central London.

Project Details:

• Location:-Central London
• Project:-Refurbishment of an existing building to create 7 luxury apartments
• Project Value:8m
• Programme:-70 weeks
• Salary:55,000 - -65,000 + package

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

• You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget
• Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard
• Work alongside the commercial team to ensure the project is delivered successfully
• Management, control and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and consultant team
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times
• Deliver the project to programme and quality expectations

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• Demonstrated track record delivering refurbishment projects
• Experience working on high-end residential projects is advantageous
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Client-facing experience
• A motivated team player
