Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the onsite supervision of supply chain partners, ensuring the timely delivery of contracted work orders to high-quality standards. You’ll ensure that all works are delivered in compliance with contract specifications, health and safety regulations, and customer satisfaction requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Delivery Review all work orders and specifications before authorising commencement, identifying and reporting any discrepancies to the Operations Manager. Continuously review and update the contract works programme, focusing on critical path issues to avoid delays. Prepare, manage, and monitor RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and toolbox talks, ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations. Record and log instructions, variations, and additional works as directed by the client, providing early warnings on potential delays or disruptions.
