You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, working closely with the project team, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and within budget. Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety Ensure compliance with company and project H&S procedures. Maintain high safety and environmental standards across site. Carry out regular site inspections, inductions, toolbox talks and briefings. Promote a strong safety culture and oversee temporary works requirements. Client & Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain. Manage client expectations and provide clear, realistic updates. Monitor progress and address delays or issues promptly. Provide regular project progress reports. Leadership & Team Management Lead, motivate and develop the site team.
