The client is confidential until interview stage and has a secure pipeline of ongoing work , offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day residential groundworks activities. Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard. Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety. Liaise with engineers and the wider project team. Coordinate labour, plant and materials. Requirements Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks. Strong residential groundworks background. SMSTS – Essential. CSCS – Essential. Good communication and leadership skills. Other relevant tickets and qualifications are desirable. What's on Offer... Contract
