The client is confidential until interview stage and has a secure pipeline of ongoing work, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day residential groundworks activities. Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard. Monitor progress, quality and Health and Safety. Liaise with engineers and the wider project team. Coordinate labour, plant and materials. Requirements Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks. Strong residential groundworks background. SMSTS Essential. CSCS Essential.
