Site Manager Residential Groundworks Location: Wigan Rate: Negotiable DOE Start: Immediate / Short Notice Considered Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing IR35: Outside IR35 CIS or Ltd We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks subcontractor on a residential groundworks package in the Wigan area. The client is confidential until interview stage and has a secure pipeline of ongoing work, offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day residential groundworks activities. Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard. Monitor progress, quality and Health and Safety. Liaise with engineers and the wider project team. Coordinate labour, plant and materials. Requirements Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks. Strong residential groundworks background. SMSTS Essential. CSCS Essential. Good communication and leadership skills. Other relevant tickets and qualifications are desirable. What''s on Offer Negotiable rate depending on experience. Outside IR35 CIS or Ltd.
