SITE MANAGER GROUNDWORKS and CIVILS Location: Lincolnshire Start: Immediate Duration: Long-term Rate: DOE Type: Freelance / Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a long-term groundworks and civils contract in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for stable, ongoing work, with permanent opportunities available for the right candidate. The Role Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site Managing and coordinating subcontractors, labour and site operations Overseeing groundworks, drainage, earthworks and wider civil engineering packages Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality Managing RAMS, permits, inspections and other site documentation Liaising closely with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and client Monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise on site Ensuring all health and safety procedures and company standards are maintained The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks and civil engineering Strong knowledge of groundworks, infrastructure and associated civils 278 works experience highly beneficial Experience managing subcontractors and site teams Strong organisational and communication skills SMSTS CSCS First Aid What''s on Offer Immediate start available Long-term, ongoing contract Competitive rate depending on experience Consistent work with an established ..... full job details .....
