The primary duties of the Site Manager in Oxfordshire include:  	 Collaborate with Building Projects and Contracts Managers to plan resource requirements well in advance to ensure efficient purchasing &amp; sub-letting 	 With the Contracts Manager produce a target programme, preliminary and plant schedule. 	 Co-ordinate staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and others on site to ensure an efficient method of build to the required quality and programme.
