The candidate must: Have Previous experience working on Civils projects working on Earthworks, drainage, Earthwork, service/drainage installation, Protection slabs etc. Must maintain daily site diary and evaluate site progress to agreed programme. Carry out Daily briefings and Toolbox talk. Manage gangs. Manage plant and site materials. Read and understand drawings and project specifications. Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements. Have excellent communication skills and in delegating project information to work colleagues. Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues. Oversee and Ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, and safety.
