Site Manager - Healthcare settingLocation: London Contract: Temporary / Freelance Rate: 290/day. Overtime availableWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospital ward refurbishment project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment works within a live healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. A back ground working on projects within a healthcare setting is essential.Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractorsEnsuring works are delivered in line with project programmesMaintaining high standards of health, safety, and complianceCoordinating trades and managing site logisticsConducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspectionsLiaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholdersManaging quality control and snagging processesProducing site reports and maintaining project documentationRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projectsPrevious experience working within healthcare is essentialValid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificationsStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectivelyExperience delivering projects to programme and budgetIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a background in ..... full job details .....
