Site Manager - Short-Term Contract (School Refurbishment) Location: Clapham, SW London Start Date: Monday 28th July Duration: 6-8 weeks Day rate: 260 - 275 We''re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a short-term school refurbishment project over the summer break. This is a fast-paced role focused on delivering works safely, on time, and to the required standard while the school is unoccupied. Key Responsibilities: Oversee internal refurbishment works Manage subcontractors and site teams Ensure strict health and safety compliance Liaise with project manager Maintain clear site records and progress reports Requirements: SMSTS First Aid Proven experience managing refurb or fit-out projects Strong organisational and communication skills This role is ideal for a Site Manager with a background in educational or public sector projects who is available immediately and can take ownership of a short-term programme.
