Site Manager 10 -Month ContractFactory Expansion and Fit out Live Manufacturing EnvironmentLead a high profile factory expansion and fit out projectWe are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 10 month contract delivering a factory expansion and fit out project to an operational food factory. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a technically demanding project where construction, food production continuity, safety and hygiene must work seamlessly together.Take Control of Delivery Lead day-to-day site delivery from mobilisation through construction, commissioning and handover.Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, materials, logistics and temporary works against the agreed programme.Manage works within and adjacent to a live facility while protecting production, personnel and product integrity.Maintain rigorous health, safety and environmental standards through inductions, briefings, RAMS reviews, permits and inspections.Act as the key site contact for the client, design team, project manager, commercial team and factory stakeholders.Monitor progress, identify risks early and implement practical recovery plans where required.Oversee quality inspections, records, snagging and close-out to achieve a right-first-time handover.Coordinate building, structural, mechanical, electrical and process-work interfaces.Control access, deliveries, segregation, housekeeping and welfare in a hygiene-critical environment.Lead site meetings and provide clear updates ..... full job details .....
