Site Manager - RAIL - Groundworks
Essex

Up to £60,000 per annum + £7k car allowance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager, preferably with Groundworks & Drainage experience, to oversee the construction of a new station building as part of a major £6 million redevelopment project at Witham Station in Essex.

The project includes the construction of a new station building, a new forecourt and car park, new Ticket Office, a station rewire, as well as associated civils works.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within Earthworks, Groundworks, Drainage and Civils, preferably experienced of Station Redevelopments, for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors and will be confident managing operational teams within busy project environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and collaborative Site Manager.

Up to £60,000 per annum, £7k car allowance, Pension Scheme, 21 days holiday + Bank holidays

You are required to hold;

• Valid CSCS
• Valid SMSTS
• PTS
