Experienced Site Manager Required – Dunstable, LU5 (Immediate Start)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a busy construction project in Dunstable, LU5.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager with a proven track record of managing construction sites safely, efficiently, and to programme. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising subcontractors and labour, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest quality.

• Managing the day-to-day running of the construction site
• Supervising labour, subcontractors and site operatives
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification
• Conducting daily site briefings and toolbox talks
• Enforcing site health and safety procedures
• Monitoring quality control and site standards
• Coordinating deliveries and site logistics
• Liaising with clients, project managers and other stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress
• Resolving on-site issues and keeping the project on programme

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
• Valid SMSTS Certificate (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card (Black or Manager level preferred)
• First Aid at Work Certificate (essential)
• Strong understanding of construction health and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project programmes
• Competent using site documentation and reporting systems

• Hours: Full-time
• Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
