ENHANCED DBS CERTIFICATE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE. The successful candidate will have previous Site Management experience within refurbishment, fit-out or internal finishing projects, together with the relevant site qualifications. Duties: Manage the day-to-day running of the site Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades Manage internal refurbishment and fit-out works Coordinate MandE, flooring and decorating packages Manage site logistics, deliveries and materials Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard Liaise with the client, subcontractors and project team Maintain high standards of health and safety Requirements: Enhanced DBS Certificate ESSENTIAL Previous experience as a Site Manager Refurbishment, fit-out or school project experience SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid Experience coordinating MandE and finishing trades Strong communication and organisational skills Please only appl...
