This is an initial 6-week contract overseeing a full refurbishment and fit-out programme within a live educational environment. Upon successful completion of the project, there is a strong opportunity to move directly onto further projects with the contractor. The Project The works involve the refurbishment and upgrade of school facilities, including: Internal fit-out works. Plastering and decoration packages. Painting and finishing works. Roof repair and maintenance works. Joinery and carpentry packages. General refurbishment and improvement works across the school estate. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
